What is a show and say?

When a child is in elementary school, most of them or the other point will be involved in the show and narration. It is one of the simplest activities that young students can participate in, where it gets before the rest of the class with a specific item and continues to show what it is, while providing information about an item, such as a place where it or she is used and how it works and how it works.
