What is Raider Nation?

Raider Nation is a term applied to the very obsessed fans of Oakland Raiders, an American football team belonging to the National Football League (NFL). Raider Nation does not apply to an occasional and well -kept fan who could take part in the game from time to time. Instead, it is used to describe the legions of fans who are known for dressing in black and silver, over the party before, during and after games, and after a trip across the country, see their team games when traveling. Raiders have the best sales numbers for team logos such as shirts, hats and jackets, any NFL team. This may be partly due to the fact that some robbers logos are now used specifically to express the association of gangs. In fact, many public schools prohibit any clothes with the Raiderss logo.

Initially, however, Raider Nation seems to have begun when Oakland Raiders moved the team to Los Angeles in 1982. Diehard fans made more efforts to get to dI am tanning games in Los Angeles. The team moved back to Oakland in 1995, to please many Raider Nation fans in Bay.

Some sports experts and sociologists say that Raider Nation was particularly associated with the urban composition of racial and economic populations. Oakland has a particularly high number of African US citizens and also a high number of poor people. Raider Nation could partly result in affinity to representatives of the oppressed and marginalized populations.

, however, most people who are poor cannot afford to attend football games and certainly cannot afford to travel. Most Raider Nation fans must have prosperity to get the seats in The "Black Hole" section of the Colossea, where the most feverish fans are gathering. The poorer people of Oakland usually usually cannot usually afford to travel to games in other parts of the country.

Some people strongly nelRaider Nation fans tend to be quite noisy and can act roughly or significantly intoxicate in games. Such intoxication is generally not translated into great behavior in games. Some also point to robbers like playing a very aggressive style of football that seems undisputed.

Bay football fan, who is not a member of Raider Nation, is quite likely to be a fan of San Francisco 49ers. If robbers represent marginalized in urban society, some believe that 49ers tend to represent the best of the urban environment and are associated with the "class".

Of course, both views do not take into account that most robbers and 49ers are just nice people who have sports events. However, it seems to ribbing a special antipathy among many Raider Nation and Diehard 49ers.
