What is the sixth mass extinction?

The sixth extinction of matter, also known as the sixth extinction or event of the extinction of the Holocene, is an ongoing eviling event committed by human beings. It started about 50,000 years ago when a modern man first left Africa. Since then, it seems that it was nothing but confusion. At least 20,000 species disappeared into people and perhaps much more. Earth species had the worst because there is the strongest influence of man. These are called the Pleistocene megafaunal extinction and represent the first phase of the sixth mass extinction. The climate change is sometimes advanced as the cause of their extinction, but this argument has a little weight, as the animals in question survive by numerous glacial and interglacial periods before the coming soon after the arrival of people, which occurred shortly after the last glacier period.

The sixth mass extinction occurred when people spread from the continent to the continent. First in eurAsia, then in Australia, then in America. Expensive species, such as Madagascar's elephant and Haast's eagle in New Zealand, disappeared after the arrival of European explorers relatively recently, around 1500 BCE. Even animals that had inedible meat, like Dodo Mauritus, were killed, mostly for sport. Especially unattended for island animals is their obedient temperament, which is the result of life for thousands or even millions of years without major predators.

The sixth mass extinction has been particularly accelerated over the past 60 years, since the mid -20th century and to 21. The destruction and introduction of invasive species such as rats, dogs and cats have led to mass extinction of numerous animals, especially the island. These invasive species, kept in the intensive competition of continental life, easily send the species of the island. Eradication programs of invasive species made recently, only in the last few decades, have retained some species on the verge of extinction.

in manyConsiders is the sixth mass extinction different from the previous five mass demise. For example, the sixth weight of extinction is the first known mass extinction, which is caused by a species, especially the only species, rather than abiotic natural causes such as volcanism or asteroid impact. It is also characterized by its relatively fast period of time, especially when reference to the last 60 years. Although some mass extinction occurred in 10,000 years or less, and chalk leaks that have erased dinosaurylevelmi quickly is the sixth mass extinction faster than most others. If we wish to stop this sixth mass extinction, we must make protection the highest priority, which reflects it in our events and voices.
