What are the most common stucco problems?

Some of the most common stucco problems occur due to moisture. Stucco problems such as the flourish, decomposition, peeling color, rot, mistakes and fungi usually occur due to the level of moisture that comes into contact with the stucco itself. In many cases, cracks may also occur, but it is often not related to moisture. While some stucco problems are not related to how stucco has been introduced, many problems may occur with both conventional and newer stucco styles unless properly installed. The moisture that catches inside the house walls can spread and download with the weather, causing cracks. In some areas of the world, they can also cause an earthquake. Soil movement can cause shifts of older houses, resulting in cracks and newer houses can burst due to shrinking lumber. If the home is not properly built, the stucco can even burst due to the amount of of the pressure, the pressure of the wind generates.

Self -centered is salt of evaporated water that may appearon the stucco outside of the house. This usually occurs when moisture is drawn into the soil where it evaporates. The salt then remains on the surface of the stucco. Most often, every discharge is peeling the color that occurs.

The color of the stucco peel is also the result of moisture and many times incorrect installation. It may be the result of a bad flicker, incorrect seal or painting film, which is already cracked and blended holes after application. Poor ventilation can also cause stucco problems that result in color peeling. These stucco problems allow the humidity to penetrate into the stucco walls, causing both a peeling color and the flourish.

CA soil moisture also enters the stucco from the bottom of the walls. This can get behind the wall, and so cases are trapped, where the wood slowly begins to rot and damage the structure of the home. This can attract mistakes and stimulate mushrooms or molds to grow. These problems can lead to health problems for those who live in the house.

Correct installation and adequate seals must be prevented from breaking down the house structure due to moisture. Stucco problems that occur for this reason can be prevented by sealing the external ending before any condensation or humidity. Regular inspection can be carried out to ensure that the water does not enter the walls. These checks can also help homeowners to make sure there are no forms or mistakes.
