What is the groin?

Inguinal liga is a strip of fibrous connective tissue found in a front pan. It runs from the upper outer aspect of the pelvis to hair. Its path can be traced along the diagonal fold on the front of the hip, where the leg meets the torso. The function of the tan ligament is to hold several tissues of the pelvis in place as they walk into the front of the foot, including muscles, nerves and blood vessels. It is a bone ridge that can be felt on the front of the hip. The life ligament comes at the very top of the three -way fold - a line where the leg meets sideways - along the front edge of this ridge, where the bone begins to curl down. Like the rubber group stretched between the two bones, it attaches to the structure known as hair. Public tubercle is a bony eminence on the upper inner part of the hair. It is located at the lower limit of a three -way fold.

as a dividing boundary between the torso and the legMa serves the class as the lower limit of the abdominal wall. A tissue -like tissue layer known as aponeurosis combines the bottom of the abdomen or a "six -" "muscle" and an outer oblique muscle into the pan.

Along its lower or lower edge, the sorting liga is considered to be continuous with another fiber layer known as the fascia Lata. Fascia Lata is an envelope similar to tendons surrounding and separating the muscles of the thighs, his fibers run away from the ligament and down the leg. Also, creating the boundaryfemoral triangle, the compartment of the front upper thigh, the inguinal liga contains some important structures inside the fascia Lata and inside the triangle. These include in another layer known as the femoral case, femoral nerve, femoral artery and veins and inguinal lymph nodes.
