What Is a Plenum Chamber?
The Plenary Meeting of the State Council is one of the current statutory meetings of the State Council of the People's Republic of China. It consists of all members of the State Council and is convened and chaired by the Prime Minister. Discussions and decisions on major issues in the work of the State Council are generally held every six months, and relevant departments and unit leaders can be arranged to attend meetings as needed.
