What Is Magnetic Current?
Any current-carrying wire can generate a magnetic field around it, which is called the magnetic effect of current. Magnetic and electrical phenomena are studied separately, especially Gilbert's in-depth analysis and comparison of magnetic and electrical phenomena asserts that electricity and magnetism are two distinct phenomena with little consistency. Later, many scientists thought that electricity and magnetism had no connection, and even Coulomb had asserted that electricity and magnetism are two completely different entities, and they could not interact or transform. But the question whether there is a certain connection between electricity and magnetism has been lingering in the minds of some interested scientists.
- In 1731, a British businessman discovered that
- The horizontal current is directly above or below the small magnetic needle, and the small magnetic needle will deflect significantly when the current direction is in the north-south direction [3] .
