A laser level is a level that introduces the laser beam emitted by a laser device into the telescope tube of the level, and makes it emit along the collimation axis. There are two types of laser level: special laser level and laser device attached to the level. The level can be measured by matching with a level gauge equipped with a photoelectric receiving target. Compared with the optical level, the laser level has the characteristics of high accuracy, long line of sight, and automatic reading and recording.

The principle of using the microprocessor to control the scanning of the optical scanner is to project the laser light onto the optical scanner, use the microprocessor and other hardware circuits to collect the signal of the horizon in real time, and then control the optical scanner to scan after processing. The optical scanner is a low-inertia scanner. An optimized and reasonable scanning control model is selected. The microprocessor is used to control the optical scanner to achieve beam deflection. The laser level is a comprehensive instrument integrating optics, machinery, electronics, and computer. The instrument is divided into two parts, one is the host part and the other is the projector part; the host part collects the attitude signal or manual signal of the horizon. The signals are calculated and processed, and the optical scanning system is controlled to scan in real time. The projector uses laser systems (including semiconductor lasers, laser power supplies, and optical systems) and optical scanning systems to generate a laser scanning line under the control of the host computer. The laser scanning line is projected in any direction and position in the two-dimensional space. Laser level is an intelligent display device. The laser level can be installed on a moving object, collect the signal of the horizon, display the horizon in a larger field of view, and display the movement posture of the object in real time. If the laser level is used in an aircraft, it is of great significance to prevent spatial orientation obstacles. In addition, in medical detection, manual signal is used to adjust the position of the laser scanning line, which can perform certain pathological tests on the human brain [2] .
