- Locking Liner: When the folding knife is opened, the serif metal piece will be bent against the end of the blade in the handle and locked in this open state. When used When the serif was lifted by hand, the blade was released so that it could be folded inward, closing the blade. The separate lock allows the user to open the folding knife with the thumb of one hand, saving unnecessary movement and time, so it is commonly used in tactical folding knifes, tools and manual knives. (In fact, "Locking Liner" should be translated as "lining lock", not "line lock", "Liner" means padding.)
