YBS-WY series precision pressure gauges can be used not only as standard gauges (meters) with higher accuracy, but also as working instruments. They are widely used in metallurgy, petroleum, power, chemical, natural gas, measurement and scientific research departments.

3.1 Place the instrument horizontally on a test platform with little dust and little vibration.

3.2 The power should be turned on and warmed up for more than 30 minutes before use.

3.2.1 Set the ZERO-MEAS selector switch of the 2654-23 digital pressure gauge to the ZERO position, and rotate the zero adjustment knob until the display is zero.

3.2.2 The zero point of the 2654-26 digital pressure gauge cannot be easily adjusted after the measurement unit has been verified.

3.3 The pressure connection must ensure that the pressure to be measured is below the permitted limit:

3.4 Measurement process

3.4.1 Select and press the appropriate range according to the pressure range to be measured.

3.4.2 Set the ZERO-MEAS selector switch to the MEAS position to start measurement.

3.4.3 If the range is exceeded and the display flashes, the range should be increased.

4.1 The test shall be sent to the national legal metrology department regularly every year. The test result shall be within ± 0.1%. The test is valid for one year. Save the test certificate for inspection.

4.2 Infrequently used large meters should be powered once a month to keep them in good condition at all times.

4.3 Note: When the input pressure is higher than the maximum allowable value, the zero point and sensitivity will be affected, so it should be avoided. In the event of this, the instrument should be recalibrated.
