What Is a Factory Reset?

The factory settings are restored to the factory default state, such as the start interface, standby mode, operation shortcut keys, timing reminder and other functions are restored, and the saved parameter settings are cleared.

Some settings for ringtones, themes, profiles, alarm clocks, fonts are restored to the factory state. It will not delete content on the memory card such as downloaded applications or SIM card such as text messages.

1. While the box is powered on (first three seconds), please keep pressing the remote button

2. Use the remote control to adjust to the penultimate item, see reset and click OK to confirm the factory reset:

4. Next, wait for the factory reset to complete. At the end of the initial interface, select the first one to restart!
