What is a ferrite inductor?
The
ferrite inductor is an electrical or electronic component made of ferrite magnetic material and usually, but not always, curled electrically conductive path. It is used for passive restriction, adjustment or strengthening of electrical, electromagnetic (EM) or radio frequencies (RF). Inductors made of ferrite are often used in situations that require suppression of electromagnetic interference (EMI) or interference with frequency (RFI). They are also used as RF transformers, ferrite core inducers, ferrite bead inductors, in power supply with switched mode (SMPS) and for electrical power cables used for electronic devices such as computers. If the conductor is a loop or curled up, the flow field is improved and can store more EM, while the current continues the current. In this way, the curled wire is called an inductor. When the current flow ceases to flow through the inductor, the energy stored as a flow outside the coil is reabsorbed by the wire and converted back toelectric current. This induced current then flows in the same direction as the original current until the energy in the EM Inductor field is exhausted.
Ferrite is an electrically non -conductive magnetic material made of ceramic, ferromagnetic and ferrimagnetic substances. When a piece of ferrite material is used as a core material for a ferrite inductor or located around the inductor, the storage of the flow field can be significantly improved. Depending on what materials are used to create them, different types of ferrits have special emotions in relation to the properties of coercive, resistance, remanence and magnetic permeability. These properties determine the effect needed when selecting a suitable inductor for a particular application.
AC current (AC) causes electricity to flow back and forth in the wire, on a bike with a certain speed called frequency. When the direction of the current flow changes into the wire, the energy of the flowStored in a ferrite inductor stores a current that flows against the new current. This results in a completely cancellation of the AC current, because every time a new change field is created, a new flow field is created to cancel another opposite change in direction. Ferite inductors can be selected and tuned to eliminate specific AC frequency sets. In this way, the ferrite inductor can eliminate the current in the EMI and RFI wire.
