What is Hsupa?

The

high -speed Protink Packet Access (HSUPA) works with a 3G mobile phone network and provides a maximum up to 5.76 megabits per second (MBPS). HSUPA is part of a software family with high -speed access to packets (HSPA), maintained and defined by the partnership project 3. Generation (3GPP). The 3GPP Group, consisting of numerous telecommunications associations, is involved in creating specifications for a 3G mobile phone system.
