What is Pacs?

The Personal Communication or PACS system is one form of wireless telephone communication. This distinguishes PACS from standard cable phones, answering machines, desktops and fax machines. Regarding connection to other devices, the PACS can connect directly to the traditional phone system or go through the local network area that is equipped with voice capacity.
