The procurement, delivery, and storage of dangerous goods must be handled strictly in accordance with the relevant regulations of the public security department and the transportation department.

The amount of receipt, use, surplus, waste, and consumption must be recorded in detail; surplus drugs should be returned to the warehouse in a timely manner and should not be overnight in the production workshop or laboratory; waste liquids and residues of highly-toxic drugs should be properly disposed of, and littering is strictly prohibited. During production and experiment breaks, users are strictly forbidden to use dangerous goods on the spot. When transferring work, they must strictly carry out the handling procedures for the use of dangerous goods. The storage personnel shall clean up the purchased, used, and stored quantities of dangerous goods once a week, and report them to the Ministry of Production Management and Security respectively.
4. Prevention of accidents and legal responsibilities : Enterprises involved in the production, operation, transportation, storage, and use of dangerous goods must do a good job of protection and ensure national property and personal safety. If an accident occurs, take effective measures immediately and report it to the relevant department. The economic punishment of those responsible for direct economic losses or major accidents caused by violations has been transferred to judicial authorities for accountability.
