- First, how to distinguish pure imported food. In recent years, the sales of imported food in China are getting better and better, and the categories are increasing. If the package is affixed with a white label with the product name, place of origin, and shelf life, it is imported from abroad and approved by the customs to enter the Chinese market, that is, pure imported goods.
- If the Chinese language is printed on the outer packaging, then this product is either made exclusively for China by foreign food exporters, or authorized by foreign manufacturers to allow domestic agents to produce it. Judging whether it is pure import depends on the bar code of the product. Any food has a universal international food bar code in the world. Different bar codes represent different countries. The first two digits of the bar code represent the food producing country. All international bar codes beginning with "69" are produced in China.
- Therefore, when buying imported food, you may wish to compare the prices of some domestically produced similar foods. If non-pure imported goods are much more expensive, it is recommended to think twice before buying.
- Second, what to buy is better. It is reported that imported foods from Malaysia and South Korea are the most popular because they are all Asian countries with similar tastes and acceptable prices. For example, goat milk pancakes made in Malaysia sell well, and honey yuzu tea made in South Korea is also popular with women. In addition, Danish cookies, milk and milk powder produced in some countries are also more popular, but the price is more expensive than similar domestically produced products. If you really want to eat, you should buy it with all your heart.
- If you really don't know what to buy, you can go to the e-commerce website to search and see the sales and evaluation of various products. Asking family and friends to recommend can also avoid buying expensive and delicious imported food.
- Third, how to buy with confidence. Choose large-scale shopping malls and supermarkets with good reputations and standard operating practices to buy imported foods. Don't go to some stalls and small stores where it is difficult to verify their authenticity. The Chinese label of imported foods from legal sources must include mandatory contents such as name, ingredients, net content, country of origin, production date, shelf life, and distributor. In addition, pay attention to check the anti-counterfeiting mark, if necessary, you can also check the health certificate and related inspection certificates.
- In general, don't blindly pursue imported food, and don't be dragged by the outer packaging when you buy imported food, please be more careful and rational.
