The purpose of Xiang Binghua Ballet School is to inspire children's talents, cultivate their interest in ballet, improve their cultural quality, and train students to build self-confidence, coordinate physical fitness, pay attention to beautiful manners and cultivate noble sentiments.

The school is based on the Royal Ballet Academy and Russia. Brother Vaganova's classical ballet education system is the teaching material. Has trained more than 2,000 students. The school's students range in age from 4 to 25 and use their spare time to study and study. In 1988, the school was accredited by the Royal Ballet Examination Board and became the only school in Macao to be able to participate in the selection of the examination board with international status. ^[1]
