United Family Children's Medical Foundation has been supporting many rehabilitation homes in Beijing and Shanghai. Because a large number of orphans have special medical needs, these rehabilitation homes can only care for orphans with particularly severe illness. By partnering with the Foundation, Rehabilitation Home enables children to receive high-quality medical care from United Family Hospital, funding for urgently needed surgery for children, and healthcare and nutrition-related training.

In addition to the Beijing project, United Family Children's Medical Foundation has funded an orphanage in rural Henan. Prior to the foundation's funding of the orphanage, children did not have medical care, adequate food and heating equipment. After the grant, the Foundation trained the orphanage staff to better care for their children, especially orphans with special medical needs. Doctors and nurses at United Family Hospital have also been volunteering to provide medical services to children. Nutrition Project

The project work includes medical evaluation and follow-up of the children in the welfare homes every quarter to ensure the rational use of high-quality formula and ensure the growth of the children.

Every time a nutrition project is carried out in the field, the staff of United Family Children's Medical Foundation will organize volunteer doctors and nurses of United Family Maternal and Baby Medical Group. Doctors and nurses will measure the height and weight of children participating in nutrition programs, and keep track of their growth.
