4. Scientific and technological environmental factors
The scientific and technological environment is one of the most important influencing factors on the management of an organization. The development of science and technology provides strong support for the development of management theory on the one hand, and the development of science and technology on the other hand provides new tools for the update of management technology.
5. Natural resources and environmental factors
Relative to other factors, natural resources are relatively stable.
The measurement of natural resources and environmental factors is generally analyzed from three aspects: geographical location, resource status and climate status.
