At the same time, the scope of the national bursary for secondary vocational schools was adjusted from first- and second-year rural (including county and township) students and urban families with financial difficulties to step-by-step students in the first- and second-year agricultural majors and non-agricultural major families with financial difficulties. . All rural students in 11 contiguous poverty-stricken areas, such as Liupanshan District, Tibet and the four provinces, and three vocational schools in southern Xinjiang and Xinjiang, were included in the scope of bursary.
