Turner Safety Training
Generally must do: (enter the work site)
1. Work is to wear tight overalls or tights.

3. When working, the head should not be too close to the chuck and the workpiece. Prevent cutting from flying into the eyes. If swarf splashes, you must wear goggles.
4. Keep hands and body away from rotating parts. Not to be joked in these places.
5. The workpiece and turning tool must be clamped firmly, otherwise, flying out may cause injury.
6. When the work piece and the chuck are too heavy to remove, don't be alone, you should ask someone else for help.
7. Do not measure the workpiece while the lathe is turning. Nor can you mold the surface of the workpiece by hand.
8. Do not pull chips hard by hand. Apply special hooks to clear.
9. Do not use your hand to brake the chuck.
10. Do not wear gloves during work when the chuck is running.
11. There is a malfunction in the power supply. Do not disassemble it arbitrarily. Avoid expanding faults.
12. When turning the workpiece, do not leave the machine and move forward or backward.
13. When sharpening the turning tool, turn off the motor (turn off the motor).

Advanced (one of the following conditions)
(1) After obtaining the intermediate vocational qualification certificate of this occupation, he has been engaged in this occupation continuously for more than 4 years. He has reached the required standard number of hours after the formal advanced training of this occupation, and obtained the completion certificate.
(2) After obtaining the intermediate vocational qualification certificate for this occupation, he has been engaged in this occupation continuously for more than 7 years.
(3) Obtaining a vocational (professional) graduation certificate from a senior technical school or a higher vocational school with advanced skills as the training target as determined by the labor security administrative department.
(4) Graduates of college or above majors or related majors who have obtained the intermediate vocational qualification certificate of this profession, have been engaged in this occupation for more than 2 years.
Technician (one of the following conditions)
(1) After obtaining the senior vocational qualification certificate for this occupation, he has been engaged in this occupation for more than 5 years, and has reached the required standard number of hours after formal training of the vocational technician, and obtained the completion certificate.
(2) After obtaining the senior professional qualification certificate for this occupation, he has been engaged in this occupation continuously for more than 8 years.
(3) The senior technical school graduates who have obtained the senior vocational qualification certificate of this profession, the graduates of this profession (professional), and the graduates of the college or above major or related majors, have been engaged in this occupation for two consecutive years.
Senior technician (one of the following conditions)
(1) After obtaining the vocational technician's professional qualification certificate, he has been engaged in this occupation for more than 3 years. After formal training of senior vocational technicians in the vocational school, he has reached the required standard number of hours, and obtained the completion certificate.
(2) After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of this professional technician, he has been engaged in this occupation continuously for more than 5 years.
