What Are the Different Types of Loader Operator Jobs?

Backhoe loader is a single unit consisting of three construction equipment. Commonly known as "busy at both ends". During construction, the operator only needs to turn the seat once to change the working end. The main work of the backhoe loader is to dig trenches to lay pipes and underground cables, lay the foundation for the building and establish a drainage system.

Commonly used in tunnel shafts

1. Before digging the loader, fix the bucket and legs of the loading bucket to the ground, keep the front and rear wheels slightly off the ground, and keep the level of the fuselage to improve the stability of the machine. Before the excavation operation, the loading bucket should be turned upside down so that the mouth of the bucket is facing the ground and the front wheels are slightly off the ground. Step down and lock the brake pedal, then extend the outriggers to keep the rear wheels off the ground and maintain a horizontal position. [2]
2. If the boom is suddenly braked during the descent, the impact force caused by its inertia will damage the digging device, and it can damage the stability of the machine and cause a tipping accident. During operation, the control handle should be stable and not move sharply; the boom should not be braked midway. Do not use high gear when digging. The rotation should be smooth and must not impact and be used to compact the sides of the trench. The buffer block at the rear end of the boom should be kept intact; if it is damaged, it should be repaired before use. When shifting, the excavating device should be in the middle transportation state, and the legs can be retracted and the lifting arm can be lifted. [2]
3. Before loading operation, the slewing mechanism of the excavating device should be placed in the middle position and fixed with a pull plate. During loading, a lower gear should be used. When the bucket lift arm is raised, the valve should not be used in the floating position. The distribution valve of the hydraulic control system is divided into front four valves and rear four valves. The front four valves control the outriggers, lifting arms and loading buckets, etc., and are used for outrigger expansion and loading operations. Arms and bucket handles are used for turning and digging operations. Neither the dynamic performance of the machine nor the capabilities of the hydraulic system allow and cannot simultaneously carry out loading and digging operations. [2]
4. When the first four valves work, the last four valves must not work at the same time. It is strictly forbidden to ride or stand on any part of the backhoe loader during driving or operation except in the driving room. [2]
5. Generally, the backhoe loader uses a wheeled tractor as the main machine, and the loading and digging devices are installed at the front and rear respectively to increase the length and weight of the machine. Therefore, avoid high-speed or sharp turns during driving to prevent accidents. Do not glide in neutral when going downhill. When the hydraulic piston rod of the bucket and the bucket handle is kept in the fully extended position, the bucket can be brought closer to the boom, and the excavating device is in the shortest state, which is conducive to driving. When driving, the outriggers should be fully retracted, the excavating device should be firmly fixed, the loading device should be lowered, and the bucket and bucket hydraulic piston rod should be kept fully extended. [2]
6. After the wheeled tractor is converted into a backhoe loader, the weight of the machine increases a lot. In order to reduce the damage of the tire under heavy load, the rear wheel is taken off the ground when parking. When the parking time is exceeded, the legs should be supported to make the rear wheels off the ground; when the parking time is exceeded, the rear wheels should be off the ground and supported by cushions under the rear suspension.
