Wang Dacheng has carried out systematic and in-depth research on the three-dimensional structure and related mechanisms of protein hormones, peptide biotoxins, animal and plant defense proteins, and some key protozoa-infected host key proteins and endogenous gene mutation-related proteins. Discovered a series of new structures and mechanisms, and achieved systematic and creative academic achievements. As one of the main members, he participated in China's first determination of protein crystal structure (pig insulin), and the results reached the advanced level in the world at that time, and it had an important impact at home and abroad [3] . Wang Dacheng's main research interests are the three-dimensional structure of proteins, their relationship with functions, and the structural modification of protein molecules. In the fields of protein hormones, peptide biotoxins, animal and plant defense and disease-related proteins, systematic and in-depth research has been carried out, and creative academic achievements have been achieved [8] .
