Li Tingyong, male, born in 1978, Chengdu, Sichuan, researcher, doctoral supervisor, works at the School of Geography, Southwest University. His research interests include physical geography, quaternary geology, and stable isotope geochemistry. His main research interests include: modern Asian monsoon atmospheric circulation and precipitation isotopes, high-resolution and high-resolution paleoclimate reconstruction of cave stalagmites and global comparison, and special attention to system monitoring of karst caves, in order to accurately understand how climate and environmental signals are transmitted into caves, and Preservation of secondary chemical sediments in caves; At the same time, attention is paid to karst rocky desertification in southwest China and the ecological and environmental problems caused by it. Has hosted 4 projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China; 1 key project of basic scientific research business expenses of central universities and 2 team projects. He published 14 SCI papers as the first author and corresponding author; and published dozens of papers in Chinese academic journals. Won the Natural Science Excellent Paper Award of Chongqing Science and Technology Association twice (2016, 2018). Research interests: physical geography, quaternary geology, stable isotope geochemistry, etc. The current research interest is the use of cave stalagmites for high-precision and high-resolution reconstruction of the paleoclimate (Asian monsoon) and global comparison. At the same time, special attention is paid to the systematic monitoring of karst caves in order to accurately understand how climate and environmental signals are transmitted into the caves and preserved in the secondary chemical sediments of the caves. At the same time, karst rocky desertification in southwest China and the ecological environment problems caused by it. Has hosted 4 projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China; 1 key project of basic scientific research business expenses of central universities and 2 team projects. The first author and corresponding author published 14 SCI papers, including TOP journals such as GCA, QSR, JH; and published dozens of Chinese academic journal articles. Won the Natural Science Excellent Paper Award of Chongqing Science and Technology Association twice (2016, 2018).
