What does the director's assistant do?
The headmistress usually works at school and helps the headmaster to solve problems with behavior with students, evaluation of teachers and solving some other school functions, such as some extracurricular activities and cafes. The assistant called the headmaster is also called the headmaster, usually manages many tasks and needs of the school to alleviate part of the workload from the headmaster and often more interested in the everyday maintenance of the school.
