Registered cost engineer (RCE) is a professional management and technical staff specialized in the research, design, implementation and improvement of cost management system engineering, which is assessed and registered by CCA / TC-RCE China Cost Association Registration Committee of Cost Engineers. RCE registered cost engineers are divided into three levels, namely A level (beginner), AA level (intermediate) and AAA level (advanced). The RCE registered cost engineer is the only practice qualification in cost management and control in China today. This practice qualification should have training experience recognized by the China Cost Association (CCA) and be obtained after rigorous examinations and assessments. An RCE registered cost engineer should have certain cost ethics and cost work experience and should be proficient in cost management

Requires a college education or above (including junior college); requires basic management knowledge and basic financial accounting knowledge; should obtain the same level of RCE training certificate or self-study study as approved by the CCA China Cost Association; independent completion of CCA requirements Thesis and thesis defense.

AARCE RCE Registered Cost Engineer AA Grade RCE Registered Cost Engineer

Requires college education or above (including junior college) education experience; requires professional knowledge related to product characteristics, basic knowledge of management, basic knowledge of financial accounting, basic knowledge of IE industrial engineering, basic knowledge of VA value analysis, and basic knowledge of quality Requires more than 4 years (including 4 years) work experience, of which, more than 2 years of cost work experience; should obtain the RCE training certificate of the same level designated by the CCA China Cost Association; independently complete the thesis and thesis defense required by the CCA .

AAARCE RCE Registered Cost Engineer AAA Grade RCE Registered Cost Engineer

Requires college education or above (including junior college) education experience; requires professional knowledge related to product characteristics, basic knowledge of management, basic knowledge of financial accounting, basic knowledge of IE industrial engineering, basic knowledge of VA value analysis, and basic knowledge of quality ; Requires more than 8 years (including 8 years) of work experience, of which more than 4 years of cost work experience, should obtain the equivalent level RCE training certificate designated by the CCA China Cost Association, and independently complete the papers and thesis defense required by the CCA . In addition to the above requirements, an AAA-level RCE registered cost engineer must also obtain an AA-level RCE registered cost engineer certificate.
