Mad Hatter is a super villain owned by the DC Comics of the United States. It first appeared in the 49th issue of Batman (October 1948) and is one of the main villains of Batman. His real name is Jervis Tetch, originally a neuroscientist, specializing in hypnosis, specializing in human brain waves and telepathy. He is a top figure in the scientific community, but because of his short body and ugly appearance, he is extremely Inferiority. Later, he fell in love with a girl named Alice.
