What Is a PhD Thesis?
A doctoral dissertation (thesis) is a research dissertation submitted by a doctoral degree applicant to obtain a degree. It is the main or all basis for the degree awarding unit to review and decide whether to award a doctorate degree. Generally, the paper must have innovative results and be approved by public defense. China stipulates that the thesis should show that the author has the ability to independently engage in scientific research and produce creative results in science or expertise. The doctoral dissertation or abstract should be sent to the relevant unit 3 months before the defense and peer review. [1]
