What is Criminal Justice Management?
Criminal justice refers to the activities carried out by the national judicial organs in accordance with the Constitution, the criminal judicial powers conferred by the law, performing their duties, cooperating with each other, and handling criminal cases in accordance with certain legal procedures. In our country, criminal justice is a systematic project involving the joint participation and division of labor of public security organs, procuratorial organs, judicial organs, and judicial administrative organs, which are generally divided into four parts: investigation, prosecution, trial, and enforcement.
