Etiology: Mostly occur within 48 hours after lumbar puncture, usually lasting 2-3 days, and headache disappears completely after a maximum of two weeks. The performance and treatment of headache and other causes
In order to prevent headaches after lumbar puncture, use a small needle when puncturing, and the drainage rate should be slow. Patients should lie supine or prone for 4-6 hours after lumbar puncture, and give enough fluid. Once there is a headache after lumbar puncture, the patient should stay in bed more, move less, and drink more water. Generally, the symptoms can be relieved. If necessary, the solution can be cured by intravenous drip.
