- Note: 1 (compensation calibration)
- If the zero position is not changed, only the span calibration is performed. When [CAL OO] is displayed, press [ 0 ] to skip the zero calibration and enter the span calibration.
- Note: 2 (zero calibration)
- If only zero calibration is performed, then when the zero calibration is completed and the maximum weighing value [300.0] is displayed, use the [] and [] keys to enter zero.
- [0.0], press [] to end the calibration and return to normal weighing display.
- §3. After calibration is completed, shut down. The calibration allows the socket to be on the "DS" side, and then power on.
- §4. A / D value display A / D value display is used to check whether the meter or sensor is working properly.
- Generally, the no-load A / D value is around 40,000.
- §5. Sensor connection (D-SUB-9 hole)
- 1-2 pins + E (positive sensor excitation) supply bridge voltage 5VDC current 70 mA
- 3-pin GND (sensor shield ground) sensor sensitivity 1.0-2.0 mV / V
- 4-5 pin-E (sensor negative excitation) A / D conversion speed 40 times / second
- 7 pin + S (positive sensor output) A / D resolution 100000
- 8-pin-S (sensor negative output) AC 220W / 50Hz
- §6. Communication connection (D-SUB-9 pin)
- 2-pin RXD (RS-232 input)
- 3-pin TXD (RS-232 output)
- 5 pin GND
- §7. Communication data format
- Communication address X = 0; continuous sending mode, format is
- STX X1 X2 X3 X4 X5 X6 SA CR
- X1 X2 X3 X4 X5 X6 is display data SA = 0100ABCD is status information
- A = 1; Weighing overflow B = 1; Tare C = 1; Weighing stability D = 1; Zero position
- Communication address X 0; response mode
- Read weight command: STX RDS n BCC CR
- n = communication address (81H E2H) BCC is the parity bit
- Returned data: STX n D X1 X2 X3 X4 X5 X6 SA BCC CR
- Peeling and peeling commands: STX TAR n BCC CR
- n = communication address (81H E2H) BCC is the parity bit
- Returned data: STX n D X1 X2 X3 X4 X5 X6 SA BCC CR
- BCC is the check code. The sum of data from STX to BCC is taken as the lower 8-bit data, but when the value is equal to 02 or 0D, it is automatically increased by 1 (hexadecimal number) to avoid the control character (STX = 02; CR = 0D) Repeat.
- Chapter 4 Error Tips and Fault Diagnosis
- 1. Err E: indicates that the instrument memory is faulty.
- 2. Err 1: It means that the A / D value is lower than the normal range, maybe the meter or the sensor is faulty.
- Disconnect the sensor from the meter, the meter error display disappears, indicating that the sensor is faulty.
- Disconnect the sensor from the meter, the meter error display does not disappear, indicating that the meter is faulty.
- 3. Err 2: It means that the A / D value is higher than the normal range. The meter or sensor may be faulty.
- Unplug the sensor, and the error display disappears, indicating that the sensor is faulty.
- Unplug the sensor, and the error display of the instrument will not disappear, indicating that the instrument is faulty.
- 4 Err 3: It indicates that the zero position at startup is abnormal.
- 5. Err 4: It means that the A / D is too small during zero calibration.
- 6. Err 5: The span calibration has failed.

- Disconnect the sensor from the meter and turn it on, indicating that the sensor is shorted.
- External power supply, AC indicator is off. Indicates that the meter is faulty.
- External power supply, AC indicator is on. But the machine cannot be turned on, indicating that the instrument is faulty.
