What Is Battered Child Syndrome?
Child Abuse Syndrome was first proposed by Kempe in 1962. It refers to various diseases and clinical manifestations of abused children, including various diseases caused by injury or neglect to children. The clinical manifestations of abused children are more common with violent injuries, many physical injuries, coexistence of old and new injuries, and often accompanied by malnutrition, developmental disorders, emotional or psychological abnormalities.
