What is ecopsychology?

Ecopsychology, also referred to as green psychology, psychology focused on Earth and environmental psychology, deals with the belief that man to enjoy a healthy mind, peace and happiness must be in accordance with the ground. Some people who have adopted the principles of ecopsychology also claim that one must be in line with the universe that affects Planet Earth. It could be said that this system of faith is based not only on various forms of traditional psychology, but also on spirituality, because followers believe that mental disorders, disaster, violence and other problems that appear in societies around the world

Ecopsychologists not only believe that the problem of psychologically disturbed people is their alienation by nature, but also that they must look for basic motivation for destructive nvironment enavyky; Some people have great hopes that this idea will be a response to many disturbed minds and violent JEdins. Despite the explanations offered by the foundations of ecopsychology, there are many people who identify what they consider to be serious shortcomings in philosophy as a discipline. For example, ecopsychologists indicate the participation of a person in destructive, violent and criminal activities as an expression of congenital need. However, they claim that what one has to belong or use is the natural world around them, not a specific group of people. Many of those who disagree with this pattern of thinking claim that there are ancient sources that adhere as a script that refute such a diagnosis, indicate behavior such as sins arising from God, not from the natural world created by God.

Many arguments against the teachings of ecopsychology that have not been refuted are not based on psychology or spirituality; Rather, it could be said that they are based on history. All forms of ecopsychology consistently confirm that mental illness and interference, violence, destruction and cruelty are all manifestationsTheft of nature - theft that disappears by becoming one with the ground. History, however, shows that during ancient times there were many violence, mental illness, disruption and misfortune, when people respect their environment, exhaled clean air, drank clean water, appreciated natural beauty and ate healthy organically grown foods.

Believers in ecopsychology state that human problems cannot be solved regardless of its natural environment and that the problems of the natural world cannot be solved without consideration of man. However, ecologists encourage ecopsychologists to remember that scientific laws must not be rejected even when dealing with the mind and spirit. They say that the Earth is capable of existing WJE's presence of one person who is doing this, but one at present can not exist without a country from which he gets food, shelter, natural medicines, air and water.
