What is the new media company doing?

The new media company is a company that uses one or more technologies that have seen worldwide growth over the last few decades. Technologies such as fast news sending, video streaming, blogs and social networking sites are made available through computers, mobile phones and other hands held by devices. These integration results in the type of wide, all-in-hand platform of availability that new media companies are trying to create.

Microsoft® Network (MSN®) is a new media company that quickly used various interactive technologies at the beginning in the DOT-COM boom. As an Internet service provider (ISP), MSN® has proposed its homepage as a web portal, from which users should access the Hotmail® e-mail service, which has since become the world's largest web e-mail service. A few years later, MSN® launched the Instant Messenger (IM) feature called MSN® Messenger that allowed users to chatAmong each other, share the file and play games.

While many web tools created by MSN® have become the most popular type of their type, the network search engine skills were weaker compared to the possibility of another new media company. Google ™, which was launched in 1998, began to get attention at the beginning of the new millennium for a high level of functionality and quality of results. As Google ™'s popularity continued to grow, the new media company has started adding additional services to its portfolio, including Gmail ™, Google ™ Earth and Google ™ AdSense. Google ™ has also won a video for video sharing, YouTube ™ and a popular blog network, Blogger ™ and integrated them into its portfolio services.

In 2006, social networks, which was originally created for Harvard students, became Facebook ™. Since then the dopopularity of this new media society has risen sharply with the addBy means of several integrated and interactive abilities that are a characteristic feature of new media. Facebook ™ has created applications that allow it to connect and import data from technologies such as iTunes®, iPhone® and Twitter ™ to name at least some. Facebook ™ also allows external developers who are not employed in the company to develop their own applications that Facebook ™ users can then add to their account and share with others. Unlike a blog or site that allows the user to communicate with anyone who has an Internet connection, social networking sites such as Facebook ™, allow the user to share and receive information with a selected group of other users.
