What is the data stream?

The data flow is an information sequence sent between two devices. Data flows exist in many types of modern electronics such as computers, TVs and mobile phones. The typical data flow consists of many small packets or impulses. Each of these packets or pulses contains a small amount of information. When they connect together, they form complete information. The process of sending these signals is called data transfer.

There are many different aspects of data transfer that affects the final method used to create a data current. One of the most basic classifications is serial and parallel transmission. During serial transmission, the data stream is sent in the entire range along a single cable. At the end point the data are collected and re -assembled. With this method, there are rarely any difficulties because all packets should arrive in the order in which they were sent. This is usually used in a larger network to prevent the creation of narrow places where too much information passesm instead of. Thanks to this method, it is possible that the information will come from the order due to differences in hardware hops and transmission distances. This can occasionally cause data corruption if the sequences are re -assembled from the order.

data can exist in asynchronous or synchronous currents. In a typical asynchronous current, a special character is listed at the beginning and end of the data packet. These special characters, called the Bits Start and Stop Bits, communicate the receiving computer when it starts and ends and ends and helps to reconstruct data after receiving.

synchronous data streams do not have starting and stopping bits - instead they rely on hours. The internal clocks for these two devices are synchronized and the information time is sent to them. Using this method, the receiving device can only re -assemble the information chronologically. Problems may occur using this method when both computers nthey ezech synchronicity; Packets can be re -assembled incorrectly or maybe completely thrown away.

data flow monitoring is important for security reasons. As the data moves in the network, it is possible for individuals to capture packets. Using specialized analyzers, people can open packets and find information they shouldn't have. Some coding techniques make this difficult in some cases, but the transfer of information should be kept to a minimum.
