The hydraulic system is often accompanied by an increase in the temperature of the oil during the work process. Increased oil temperature can cause many hazards:
(1) As a result of the decrease in oil viscosity and the increase in system leakage, the volumetric efficiency of the system is reduced, which is particularly evident in medium and high pressure hydraulic systems;
(2) The rubber seal is easily deformed, which accelerates the aging failure process and causes system leakage;
(3) The gap between the movement pairs with different thermal expansion coefficients in the hydraulic components is reduced or the phenomenon of jamming occurs, which causes the action to fail;
(4) Accelerate oil oxidation deterioration.
In short, the heat of the system not only causes a huge loss of energy, but also causes the oil temperature to rise, which can cause harm. Therefore, the research on the heat dissipation of the hydraulic system has important practical significance [2]
1. The radiator should be installed firmly. The installation location should avoid vibration and impact, ensure the free flow of the intake and exhaust air, and prevent the air from being drawn in to be heated by other external components.
2. When the radiator is used, it is necessary to install a pressure limiting bypass to avoid excessive pressure drop and prevent possible damage caused by excessively high pulse pressure during startup.
3. The oil outlet connector of the radiator, please be careful when assembling and disassembling, you must use a tool to clamp the oil inlet and outlet of the radiator to avoid distortion of the radiator.
4. The radiator should be kept clean, and the radiator should be cleaned at least once a week [3]
