What is computer technology?

Computer technology refers to computers that use a light pen or stylus instead of keyboard and mouse for primary input. Common PEN computers include personal digital assistants (PDA), mobile devices such as mobile phones, wireless tablet computers, and GPS receivers, and other touch screen devices. The touch screen uses a gesture or recognition of the manuscript or the information on the screen to the computer.

Gest recognition is used to identify input to execute the command, while the manuscript recognition is used to convert a manually written input into the digital text. Users can write special recognizable characters using normal characters or in some cases. In some cases, determining whether the character is used as a text or command, based on where the character is input. For example, in one operating system, drawing "B" could refer to a letter, courageous text or switching boundaries, depending onThose to use and locate the characteristics.

While the pen computer technique commonly concerns the movement of the stylus or pen directly on the computer touch screen, computers can also receive computing data of the pen scanners and graphics tablets. The pen scanner is used by moving the pen through the printed text. The text is scanned to the computer and converted to usable text using the Optical character recognition software (OCR). Another common Peru system is a graphic tablet, usually used by graphic designers. In this configuration, the user draws with a pen on a tablet or pad of digitizer and the input is converted to a digital drawing using graphics software.

Older pen calculation systems used light pens that focused on cathode Ray (CRT) monitors. This method, although very accurate, required the user to hold the pen on the monitor and be uncomfortable for a longer period of time, which causedMuscle pain and fatigue. Lightweight technology is still used in some industrial and retail environments that do not require the user to hold the pen on the screen for a longer period of time.

The pen computer technology has developed over the years and has become more user -friendly. Some early devices have been difficult to learn proprietary symbols that were used to reference to alpha-numeric characters and defective software for manuscript recognition. Other devices were created with a narrow range of available software that prevented them from receiving the main public. Modern pen calculation devices, such as touch screen phones and GPS units, are more used because they have developed practical applications and a simpler and more efficient user interface.
