What is Q-Connector®?
Q-Connector® is multiple devices used in computer cases and motherboards. It combines a series of plugs for equipment based on cases into a single connector. Its key advantage of exceeding traditional connections is that it is much easier to connect one connector to the motherboard than five or six of them. Most computers have power and drive activity indicators, as well as resetting on the front panel and power buttons. In addition, many cases have sound ports on the front panel along with connectors for Universal Serial Bus (USB). Some even have Firewire® connectors and ports for units that use the standard of external serial advanced technological connection (eSATA).
In the traditional assembly of the system, each connector will have in the housing. These small, typically two -floor connectors must fit in with the corresponding small pins that stand out from the blocuks more pins on the main motherboard of the computer small size and tight gaps of the basic pinsThey can make it difficult to connect and many system builders eventually bend the pins on the motherboard.
To simplify this Asus process, which is the main motherboard manufacturer, has developed and released Q-Connector®. This device serves as an intermediary between small connector connectors and banks on the motherboard on the motherboard. Computer builders combine all their briefcases to the appropriate ports on Q-Connector®. Once all plugs are connected to it, the Q-Connector® then connects directly to the block block on the motherboard. To have one large and easy -to -manage plug, not only increases the likelihood that all connections will be made correctly, but reduces the risk that the motherboard pins will be bent in the professional.
Q-Connectors also have a clear designation. Many base plates have small, cryptic remarks that require the user to keep manual at hand to brightThey identified which PIN corresponds to the one to which the connector. Q-Connector® directly shows which pin corresponds to which device and which polarity wire must be connected to it.
