What is silent uninstall?

Silent uninstall is a type of command for a computer program that causes the program uninstalling without progress or indication of the process of computer users. When a computer user uninstalls the program, there is usually a field that displays uninstalling and requires another action if necessary. However, this type of uninstalling does not show such information and can potentially run without the user of the computer without knowing it is happening. Silent uninstallation is often associated with unattended uninstalling, although it is not necessarily synonymous. This type of uninstallation can be done for a number of different reasons, even if it is usually done to make the uninstall process easier and require less computer users. For this purpose, the process of quiet uninstalling something can be programmed to install and uninstall the parameters of the computer program. This makes the use of this type of uninstall often depending on programmers' decisions.

Silent uninstallation can also be carried out by a computer system manager to ensure that uninstalling is carried out on many systems without requiring computer users. This can be done on a number of computers that are part of a larger system, under the supervision of an administrator, and allows you to uninstall without computer users knowing that this is happening. Such silent uninstallation is rarely done in a malicious way, as viruses and other programs usually attack other computer systems rather than individual programs.

Often associated with unattended uninstalling is not a silent uninstallation exactly the same process, although often used together. Uninstall is unattended by the one in which no computer is required from the computer user. This means that although there is silent uninstalling without the user of the computer to see uninstalling, unattended uninstalling also ensures that the user's user does not have to uninstall duringace do nothing. In order to uninstall this type of uninstalling, the system administrator or programmer may need to rewrite command prompts that would require actions from a computer user that may include suppressing a computer to restart a computer after uninstalling.
