What is an Internet Service Provider?

Internet Service Provider (ISP), referred to as ISP, refers to the operator who provides the following information services to the public: first, access services, which help users access the Internet; second, navigation services, which help users on the Internet Find the required information; the third is information services, that is, the establishment of a data service system to collect, process and store information, regularly maintain updates, and provide users with information content services through the network.
