The D / A card sends out the level to quickly drive each motor to the vicinity of the position. At the same time, the A / D The card reads the current position of each motor. After the initial drive is in place, turn on the high voltage, and according to the logical sequence designed by the software, read the table value data for analysis and judgment, drive the corresponding motor to tune, and gradually complete the process of simulating manual tuning, and finally complete all operations of manual tuning.
- The key issue in the tuning process is to precisely drive the motor in place to achieve the purpose of precise tuning. Because the 8-way motors used by the transmitter are all analog motors, and the tuning accuracy is high, it is very important which control method is used.
- In the control process, taking into account the speed and accuracy requirements, a combination of coarse motor tuning and fine tuning is used. The industrial computer first analyzes the basic data to obtain the initial position of the motor. It uses coarse adjustment, that is, outputs a larger motor drive signal to make the motor quickly reach the vicinity of the tuning point, and then uses a fine tuning method, which is based on the design. Set the motor strength (D / A card output level) and step size (D / A card output time length), output the motor drive signal, and adjust the motor position according to the read table value to achieve the purpose of precise tuning. This process adopts the pulse-driven fine tuning method IPC processing, reads the table value information of the A / D card and the motor position information, sends out the motor drive signal after judgment, and controls the motor drive circuit through D / A card conversion and signal processing.
