What is the normal information model?
Although it is quite complex, a common information model (CIM) is really just a way to visualize and manage the sources of information technology (IT), whatever it is. Through the conventional information model, an organization or end user is able to describe everything that creates a specific IT environment, be it a web environment or a company network. The entire complexity of the network, including physical computer systems, other hardware necessary for the environment, software programs that run on these systems can define CIM. Although it is certainly possible to create programs that use CIM to alleviate the organization and management of the computer network, CIM is not a program itself, but rather how to combine all network data into a model that is easier to understand.
