What Are Compression Fittings?
Below the rotor is the compression part assembly, which is mainly composed of the cylinder, upper and lower cylinder heads, wipers, roller sleeves and other components. When the compressor motor coil is energized, the rotor rotates at about 2900r / min, which drives the compression part components to work. The low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant gas sucked into the suction pipe becomes a high-temperature and high-pressure gas. Because the cylinder head is fixed with special screws, the compression part cannot be opened [1] .
- The compression part is mainly composed of a cylinder, an upper cylinder head and a lower cylinder head, a wiper blade, and a roller sleeve.
- The working principle of the compression part of the rotary compressor is shown in Figure 1.
- The compression part and the motor part form a compressor. The compressor is the heart of the refrigeration system, compressing low temperature and low pressure gas into high temperature and high pressure gas. The compressor's motor runs after being energized, which drives the compression part to make the low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant gas sucked by the suction pipe into high-temperature and high-pressure gas [4] .
