GB82588 has detailed regulations on the structural form and size, technical requirements, lifting weight, and conditions of use of eye bolts. Therefore, in addition to the standard parts factory, other manufacturers are mainly used for selection. The principle of selecting the eyebolt screw is: first ensure the safety of the operation, and then consider the connection size and other factors to achieve safety, economy and beauty. To correctly select and use the eyebolts, it is necessary to analyze the force of the bolts, study the content of the standards carefully, and strive to have a thorough understanding.
1. The marking of the eyebolts is in accordance with GB1237.
Marking example: Marking of A-type eyebolt screw with specification M20, material 20 steel, normalized, without surface treatment:
GB825 M20 screw
1. The eyebolt screw should be made of 20 or 25 steel (GB699).
2. Eyebolts must be forged integrally. Forgings should be normalized and the oxide scale should be removed. The grain size of the finished product should not be less than 5 (GB6394), and the forgings should not have overburning and crack defects.
Generally, no surface treatment is performed, but according to the requirements of use, surface treatment such as galvanization passivation and chrome plating can be performed, and according to GB5267-85. Dehydrogenation treatment should be performed immediately after galvanizing. [1]
