What are the different types of pallet systems?
Pallet systems use real pallets or other flat structures to safely storing the goods. Pallet systems include: selective reacting pallets, drive or ride, pallets and push-back palet reaging systems. All systems offer resources to store a large number of materials and goods in a smaller space. Most require the use of a forklift or pallet connector for the placement of palleted materials on storage stands. Pallet systems are widely used in warehouses, retail devices, production facilities and distribution centers. The most common pallet system, selective reaging systems are available in two configurations. The form of a roll or style of the clip contains tears -shaped clips that can be easily moved to adjust the shelf height, which is convenient when the load size differs. Structural stands systems have a horizontal load connected by straight straights to columns for larger capacity carrying the load. Very narrow aisle (VNA)It is a selective system designed with a stricter arrangement that further maximizes storage space. If the stacked range has an entrance point at only one end, it is a driving system. The entrance point at both ends of the stacked lines makes it the passage system.
Flow system systems use depth to increase storage capacity. These high -density pallet systems use a slightly oblique rail with cylinders, allowing pallets to easily slide along the inclined rail. Pallets' flow systems include a complex transport system to set the moving pallets.
Pallet Palta systems also use depth. Each stacked line or bay can be up to six pallets. Each palette is stored on wheelchairs with wheels that are suitable for specially designed rail, which uses gravity to transport heavy pallets.
stock storage method varies according to the type of sys usedthe same palette. In the first, first (FIFO) system, the pallets are filled from one end of the storage rack and the goods shoved at the opposite end. These goods then lead the line on the other side and will be first removed from the opposite end. This inventory method is useful when the goods become the date of expiry of the goods. FIFO systems and pallets are often FIFO systems.
In the last, first (LIFO) system, pallets are loaded and unloaded from the same side. Pallets and drive systems are LIFO systems. This is effective in cases where expiration data is not a problem.
