What is the dose blender?

Dose blends are mixing machines that are designed to effectively combine various ingredients into building materials that are used for interior and exterior projects. The significant name of the blender shows its function in the fact that the blender is used to prepare the entire dose of the required substance. This is, unlike a continuous blender, where the materials are constantly fed to the device and create a continuing product supply.

When there are some changes in the design, a typical dose blender is in the form of a cylindrical tank that is equipped with holes at each end. The raw materials are inserted into the tank at one end, while the controls cause the tank to be rotated. Since the materials are thoroughly mixed, the product is discharged from the opposite end, usually into a magazine that directs the product flow into molds or troughs. Large blends of this type are usually mounted on the wheel frame, making it easier to move to the most interesting position during the construction phase.

The

dose blender has an extremely high capacity, allowing doses of up to a thousand gallons or 3785 liters. One advantage of using a blender of this type is that it is possible to control the exact combination of folders, allowing the builder to have more control over the quality of the finished product. When using a continuous blender, where the ingredients are continuously supplied to the device, there is a better chance of a small variant from one of the smaller batches to another.

It is possible to use a dose blender for a number of different projects. The most common is the preparation of concrete for sidewalks, building foundations and similar building efforts. With many forms of concrete, this process involves a combination of dry ingredients, allowing them to mix thoroughly, then adding in the liquid until the desired consistency is achieved. When the dose is completed, the concrete mixture is converted from the mixer body to a place where the material spreads to the position. A similar process is usedWhen using a batch rotary blender to make solutions for fire extinguishers.

The concrete dose blender can also be used to produce other types of building materials such as grout or mortar. The exact process will vary depending on the components and consistency used for the final product. In many cases, the mixer tank is rinsed after each use, so the interior of the rotating chamber clean and ready to produce another dose.
