What is the Bull Float?

Bull Float is a tool to complete concrete that smoothes fresh concrete surfaces. It has a long handle attached to flat wood, aluminum or magnesium called float. The tool is used after pressing the cement or with undulating and is considered to be a basic and basic concrete finishing tool.

The Bull's Float Mander can measure anywhere from 4 feet (1.2 m) to 16 feet (4.9 m) long and can be a thread type or a type captured. Float contains an attachment that receives one of the handle styles. A universal adapter, which is a suitable handle, can be purchased in many tools. The bracket assembly allows the angle to be adjusted to different positions so that the float can reach the concrete surface at a specific angle needed for each role.

The float is available in many different lengths, but the width is usually 8 inches (20.3 cm). The ends may have a circular or rectangular shape. The tool must be lightweight to make the users too tired. Avoids the surface and causes it to be on the interestVni, and also push any large aggregate - gravel, sand or stone in a mixture of concrete - so the result is stronger.

Use of a bull float correctly requires strong organizational skills, because the process must be made, while concrete is still feasible or plastic, rather than too much. The angle and the amount of pressure used on the float are also important. The worker cannot push too much on the instrument, otherwise the cement work could be destroyed. Usually, several passages are needed to ensure that the surface is as smooth and as flat as it can be. This requires time and patience, because it may be necessary to perform another extermination passage after the concrete reaches the next phase of the hardening process.
