What is gold mining?

Gold mining refers to the methods used to remove gold from its raw state in golden red. A number of processes are used to achieve extraction, including the separation of gold from its surroundings by physical force, heat exposure or chemical means. Ruda is usually mined first, although this is not always necessary, and then is subjected to the extraction method suitable for its quality and location.

One of a series of precious metals, gold is found in the ground, either in alluvial deposits, non -footed sediment or other rocks. It is located in the formations of veins and scaly grains or as a whole nugget and is obtained from the country by methods such as Placer mining, which includes shifting, dismissal and dredging. It collects gold because the water is pushing the less dense components of the ore over the ridges. Exraction is a method that a team of funnel extractors releases the ground or current into a box for release floating in the body of water. Less dense metals are displaced when gold falls to the base of the box. Most of the world's vans of evilHowever, it is a product of hard rock mining, which is performed either in open pits or in underground mines, up to 12,800 feet (3,900 meters).

Before the mid -19th century, the golden excavation from Hard Rocks was less concerned, because most people looking for gold did so using methods of placer mining. These miners searched for alluvial bearings considered to be rich in gold, usually flakes or grains, and often used water as a medium for breaking soil and restoring gold. This recovery method is tiring, time consuming and requires a large number of workers to be successful, especially at a commercial level.

After the middle of the 20th century, new technologies were developed to allow red -tan in hard rock to be successfully acquired without seriously threatening its quality or quantity. Different methods of mineral processing are used, often in connection with each other, to extract ore from its rock packaging. Communications, hydrometallurgia and pyrometallurgy are used to extract gold.

Commminutation is often one of the first steps in gold mining. Extractors break a hard rock containing ore. This is not done at any extraction, but is often used to remove high quality or difficult to restore ore.

hydrometallurgical processes are usually performed by leaching. For leaching the heap, the rock is crushed into smaller pieces and placed over the liner. A solution of cyanide is introduced to liquidate gold, releases it from the rock and allows it to forgive for processing. This method of gold extraction, also known as gold cyanidation, takes several months. Landing is used to extract mostly gold and lower quality Meta. It does not require the rock to be divided into small pieces and is cheaper and less efficient.

In some cases, gold cannot be removed only by cyanidal. Pyrometallurgy can also be used for gold mining. This may include melting in which ore is reduced to roTinged state and drying and baking in which other materials in the rock are oxidized to prevent the extraction process.
