What is the car?
4 This machine is usually relatively large and is used in conjunction with a crane that can load cars in a car package and unload compact packages. Once the packages are created, they can be easily stored for storage or placement in transport vehicles. Some packages are portable, which means they are mounted on the back of a large truck and can be transported to a thickening job.
A specific car package function may vary, but generally the baller will contain a large hopper or container in which the car will be placed in preparation for crushing; one or two large overwhelming panels that descend to the car from above to crush it sufficiently; and horizontal hydraulic arms that compress the vehicle inward while the crushed panels are secured at the top of the vehicle. Hydraulic arms in conjunction with large panels create a rectangular or square metal package that can be taken from a car package and stack with other similarshaped packages.
Very often are cars that will be placed in a package of cars, first deprived of usable parts, and in some cases glass windows can be removed. Sometimes the windows are left in the car, which means that the glass basically explodes when the body of the car is crushed. Liquids such as engine oil and hydraulic fluid must be pre -drained from the vehicle. Once the vehicle is ready for balling, a crane that can be part of the car package or independent on it, picks up the car and place it in the machine.
Once in the machine, the car will be crushed in a two -stage process. First, the doors or panels are crushed down to the vehicle, after the car is crushed down, the horizontal hydraulic arm orarar is activated to compress the vehicle inside. The resulting package can be transported to recycling centers that can use metal packages forMetal scrap that can be reused in various forms. Otherwise, the packages can simply be stored on site until the buyer is found for metal or until the permanent place of waste is provided.
