How to use descaling agent

Before using the product, the boiler must be legally inspected to determine that there is no scale and rust. If there is scale, clean the scale. If there is rust, remove the rust. After removing the scale and rust, passivate the product and pass the inspection. . (1) Dosing amount According to water quality analysis, boiler type and application, dosing amount is determined. In general, when the feed water hardness is 6mmoI / L and the feed water PH = 7.7, the product needs to be added with 30-120 grams per ton of feed water. The steam and hot water boiler ignition dosage is 3-5 times the normal dosage. (II) Dosing method 1. After dissolving the product in water, add it to the water supply tank and make-up water tank. 2. The product can be directly added to the water tank, supplemented with water tank or mixed with medicated tank and added to the boiler. (III) Control indicators: 1.
